Cloud kisses for a palm tree

Terry Barrett, photograph

Even though we just had a mid-day rain shower on this soon to be Memorial Day weekend, it's been clear and sunny. Earlier Terry looked up and captured this photograph. A Wildewood Springs vantage is a precious gift.

PS. We saw a pair of otter playing in the pond near the fountain.

Looking up, a cloud with character

Image credit: Terry Barrett. A photograph taken outside our front door. The first thing my husband does when he walks out the front door is to look up.

When I saw the photograph, I thought it looked like a cloud human.

To me, the cloud resembles Roald Dahl's the BFG, The Big Friendly Giant. (I remember reading this book to my class of 9 to 12-year-olds when I taught at Center Montessori School in Bradenton in the 70s and 80s.)
