Wildewood Springs is one of the first developments where Seibert used the wood-louvered single hung window. (Pat Neal called this window the "Tim Seibert special.")
These windows were also used in other buildings such as Bayport on Longboat Key, 222 Beach Road, Siesta Key, and Bay Plaza in downtown Sarasota. They were also used in Sarasota homes designed by Tim Seibert.
