Incredible bird sightings. Like this wood stork.

I feel fortunate to see wood storks in my backyard. They feed in the shallows stirring the bottom with their unlikely pink feet to catch prey, mostly fish, crayfish, frogs, and large insects. Occasionally they eat small alligators and mice. 

Looking out our backyard, I even saw a wood stork standing on a live oak tree branch catch a small black snake!
